ABOUT AKUMAL & THE AREA

Akumal is a centered and privileged location in Riviera Maya if you are looking for a place to explore the many beauties from the area while staying at a safe, quiet & private area, just a 25 minute drive to Playa del Carmen, a 15 minute drive to Tulum & a 1:30 hour drive to Cancun. However if you are looking for a quieter vacation to enjoy the white sandy beaches, the sea breeze & take the relaxation you deserve while having all the commodities, Akumal is also one your top choices to stay; it offers a variety of activities, restaurants & places to explore without having to drive from place to place. Two bays are waiting for you  hop into the sea and explore its own coral reef located just 20 feet from the shore. Akumal is truly a place to visit at least once, but let us be honest with you...everybody falls in love with it and always come back.

THE SPACE

Condo Mirage #2 is one of our most required properties due to the commodities and privacy this Ground Floor Condo has to offer, right in front of the beach you'll find yourself spending most of your time on the inviting and Large Terrace it has to offer whether you are having a nap on a hammock, cooking a BBQ or having a snack while looking at the sea. This open Condo is perfect for demanding travellers who are looking for the perfect combination of a relaxing space along with privacy.

An alley full of green local vegetation will lead you to Condo Mirage #2, once you cross the door you will notice how cozy the layout can be: right in front of you a Full Equipped Kitchen is ready to be settled up with your groceries, it has everything you need to get creative with your cuisine. To your left, the Living Room equipped with a large couch ideal for for a Game night, this couches can also be converted on a single bed; right next to the couches an indoor dining room table. As you enter Condo Mirage #2 to your right will be the Master Bedroom which has a King size bed, a Smart TV for your Streaming Services or Satellite Tv if you prefer, ceiling fans for refreshing, it's own A/C and private bathroom and shower. Next to the Master, we have The Guest Bedroom, equipped with two queen size bed, smart Tv, A/C, ceiling fans and access to the Guest Bathroom which also has a shower; this is the perfect room while traveling with kids or teenagers.

OUTDOORS 
A parking spot will always be available for you in case you reached to the condo on a rental car or decide to rent a Golf Cart with our reliable providers to explore the Akumal surroundings. The complex has a pool for all our guests and also "La Lunita": a restaurant just a few steps from the condo is awaiting to delight you with it's best dishes, and there are more good news...just for being our guest you will always have a 10% discount on you final ticket on said restaurant. 

MORE RELEVANT INFORMATION
The atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet in the complex, if you are lucky enough to visit us during Turtle nesting season you'll be able to watch a wonderful nature spectacle as turtles are used to nest right in front of the complex.
